Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to change my phone number?
▾
No — your number stays exactly the same. We simply forward your existing business line to the AI.
If the AI can't handle a call (rare), it transfers back to you or your team in real time. Your customers will never know anything changed.
What if I don't use Jobber yet?
▾
Jobber is required for full automation (scheduling, job creation, SMS). It starts at $49/month.
We can help you set it up during onboarding — most shops are live in one business day.
If you use a different field service platform, reach out and we'll check compatibility.
What does the AI actually say? Can I customize the script?
▾
100% customizable. Before we go live, we learn your business: your services, hours, service area,
diagnostic fee, emergency rates, and the tone you want (professional, friendly, etc.).
The AI introduces itself with your business name and follows your playbook. We'll review the script with you before launch.
What if the AI makes a mistake or books the wrong time?
▾
You can edit or cancel any booking in Jobber immediately, just like a manual entry.
All calls are logged and every booking appears in your Jobber dashboard in real time.
During the pilot, we monitor closely and tune the AI based on real call results. Edge cases get flagged and fixed fast.
How long does setup take?
▾
Standard setup is 24–48 hours from the kickoff call. We handle the technical work —
you spend about 30 minutes on a kickoff call telling us about your business. Then we build, test,
and hand off a live demo number for you to approve before going live on your real line.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
▾
No contracts. Month-to-month. The pilot is 30 days — after that you can continue, upgrade,
or cancel with 30 days' notice. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in.
How do you handle calls I don't want the AI to handle?
▾
You define which scenarios get handled. Common examples: emergency calls above a certain
severity go straight to your on-call tech. Existing VIP clients can be flagged to always
transfer to you personally. We build the logic before go-live — you approve every flow.
